  • Orders are shipped once per week. We ship our orders with InXpress. In most cases, orders are received within 14 business days. We ship anywhere in Canada and the US. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
  • We do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the US at this time.
  • All purchases within Canada are eligible for one Free Postage Paid Return Shipping Label for 30 days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, price tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We’ll issue you a store credit you can use for your next purchase.  

     

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from delivery of your item(s).
  • We do not accept returns for the following items: Gift cards, some health and personal care items, any intimates, sale or clearance items
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
