The Cate & Levi Collection is HANDMADE at my studio in Toronto, Canada. Together with my talented production team, I over-see every aspect of this collection. All the materials are sources as close to home as possible. This process cuts down on shipping and reduces our carbon footprint. The choice of reclaimed wool reduces demand for new materials that required both water and oil for production. - Orders are shipped once per week. We ship our orders with InXpress. In most cases, orders are received within 14 business days. We ship anywhere in Canada and the US.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
- We do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the US at this time.
- All purchases within Canada are eligible for one Free Postage Paid Return Shipping Label for 30 days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, price tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We’ll issue you a store credit you can use for your next purchase.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from delivery of your item(s).
- We do not accept returns for the following items: Gift cards, some health and personal care items, any intimates, sale or clearance items
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
