- Orders are shipped once per week. We ship our orders with Canada Post. In most cases, orders are received within 14 business days. We ship anywhere in Canada and the US.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, minus the first return (for Canadian customers only) which is on us!
- We do not offer shipping outside of Canada and the US at this time.

- All purchases within Canada are eligible for one Free Postage Paid Return Shipping Label for 30 days from when you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, price tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
